3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and moderate your content to operate the site. You must ensure your content does not infringe others' rights or violate laws.

We may remove or moderate content that violates these terms, including:

• Illegal, harmful, or abusive material
• Spam or unsolicited promotions
• Infringements on intellectual property
• Harassment or discrimination

4. Prohibited Activities

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, or if necessary, arbitration or courts in Delaware, United States.

We may update these terms. We will notify you of changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Dormant Accounts and Public Domain

If a user account has had no sign-in activity for a continuous period of 70 (seventy) years, all user-generated content (UGC) associated with that account will be irrevocably released into the public domain under the CC0 1.0 Universal dedication. After this transition:

• The content may be freely copied, modified, distributed, and used by anyone for any purpose, without permission or attribution.
• Library of All may continue to host the content and will label it as public domain.
• This policy cannot be reversed once the 70-year threshold has been met.

By uploading content to Library of All, you acknowledge and agree to this dormant-account public-domain policy. If you wish to prevent this transition, ensure your account remains active by signing in at least once every 70 years.
